How it works…

  • When in stock, add a share to your cart and check out! We will get a notification so we can follow up with you throughout the process.

  • Complete our online form to submit your contract. You are now the legal owner of a half or whole animal!

  • Complete the cut sheet for your half or whole animal to select your custom cuts and packaging preferences.

  • Once we have your deposit, contract, and cut sheet, we will arrange a date with the butcher and let you know when to expect finished meat.

    When the hang weight is determined, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due. Payment is required before or upon pick up.

  • Visit our “Recipes” page to see some of our favorite ways to prepare lamb and pork.

Wool-filled Comforter: Pre-Order

Processed locally in Western Washington, our wool is carefully cleaned and felted into lofty comforter batting; a sustainable option for natural insulation that is hypoallergenic, with a moisture-wicking quality to help regulate your temperature while you sleep.

Each comforter is hand crafted and made to order. Select the size of your comforter, and chat with our team to find the perfect color of organic cotton outer layer to match your style. (Color selection limited to availability at time of purchase)

Quilt Batt: Pre-Order

From our wool crop to your craft room.

Processed locally in Western Washington, our wool is carefully cleaned and felted into buttery soft batting; a sustainable option fornatural insulation that is hypoallergenic, with a moisture-wicking quality to help regulate your temperature under the quilt.

Estimated dimensions per batt: approx. 36" x 96", 12-16oz each.

You will need 2 batts to create a queen size quilt

Half/Whole Hog

IMPORTANT:
If you are purchasing a Whole Hog, please add 2 to your cart.
Total Deposit for a whole hog is $200 each.

Our pigs are fed a diet of quality, non-GMO grains, wheat, barley, triticale, peas, and flax. They’re able to live as natural a life as possible, and utilized for tilling and brush clearing as needed.

Pork is sold at $5.65/pound. This price does not include cut/wrap. Final cost is determined by hang weight at the time of butcher; usually 200-220 lbs for a whole hog. Butcher fees are paid separately and are dependent on your customization (i.e. sausage processing/flavoring).

We will arrange transportation to Valley Butchery in Entiat and provide your cut sheet and contact information. You will be contacted when the finished meat is available for pick up.

Whole Lamb

Throughout the growing season our lambs are rotated through fresh pasture on our home fields. Free choice grazing and supplementing with oats to finish makes for a complex, flavorful and tender meat.

Whole Lamb is sold at $12.00/pound hanging weight. This price includes basic cut/wrap.

Lambs will be butchered and cut/wrapped by Valley Butchery in Entiat.
We will arrange transportation to the butcher, and provide your cut sheet and contact information. You will be contacted when the finished meat is available for pick up.

If you’re interested in a whole live animal to butcher for yourself, the cost is determined by market price at time of purchase. Live animals can be picked up directly from the ranch, selected by you, and weighed for purchase.
