Half/Whole Animal Shares

How it works…

  • When in stock, add a share to your cart and check out! We will get a notification so we can follow up with you throughout the process.

  • Complete our online form to submit your contract. You are now the legal owner of a half or whole animal!

  • Complete the cut sheet for your half or whole animal to select your custom cuts and packaging preferences.

  • Once we have your deposit, contract, and cut sheet, we will arrange a date with the butcher and let you know when to expect finished meat.

    When the hang weight is determined, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due. Payment is required before or upon pick up.

Whole Lamb

Throughout the growing season our lambs are rotated through fresh pasture on our home fields. Free choice grazing and supplementing with oats to finish makes for a complex, flavorful and tender meat.

Whole Lamb is sold at $12.00/pound hanging weight. This price includes basic cut/wrap.

Lambs will be butchered and cut/wrapped by Valley Butchery in Entiat.
We will arrange transportation to the butcher, and provide your cut sheet and contact information. You will be contacted when the finished meat is available for pick up.

If you’re interested in a whole live animal to butcher for yourself, the cost is determined by market price at time of purchase. Live animals can be picked up directly from the ranch, selected by you, and weighed for purchase.
