Complete our online form to submit your contract. You are now the legal owner of a half or whole animal!

Complete the cut sheet for your half or whole animal to select your custom cuts and packaging preferences.

Once we have your deposit, contract, and cut sheet, we will arrange a date with the butcher and let you know when to expect finished meat.

When the hang weight is determined, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due. Payment is required before or upon pick up.
